Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. If you need your items sooner, please select expedited shipping at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship nationally, and are located in the US. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that we do not ship to international customers at this time.

Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Payment & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Your payment information is encrypted and secure.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within states that require it. The exact amount will be calculated at checkout.

 

Products & Materials

What type of paper do you use?
We print on high-quality, heavyweight paper stocks chosen for both beauty and durability. All of our products are made in the USA. 

Will the colors look the same in person as they do online?
We do our best to photograph products in natural light to capture their true colors. That said, screens can vary, so there may be slight differences on printed materials.

Do you offer samples?
All of our products are made to order, so we do not offer samples prior to purchasing. We quality check every order to ensure the best products are delivered straight to you!

 

Customization & Personalization

Do you accept personalized orders?
Absolutely! We love bringing unique ideas to life and adding a personal touch to our artwork. Please reach out via email to hello@stringfellowstudio.com with your request, and we’ll get back to you with next steps.

How long does custom work take?
Custom projects vary, but most take 2–4 weeks from design approval to delivery. Rush options may be available — just ask!

Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes, we provide digital proofs for all personalized orders so you can review and approve before production begins.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days and we’ll make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We can adjust or cancel your order if it has not yet gone into production. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once items have been sent to production, no further changes can be made to your order. 

 

Sustainability

Are your products eco-friendly?
We care deeply about thoughtful production. Many of our paper goods use packaging that is recyclable or compostable whenever possible.
